This Privacy Policy explains how Yusifmash Coaching Ltd
("YusifMash", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit
yusifmash.com, submit an enquiry, purchase our training e-book, or use our online coaching services.
We are the "data controller" of the personal information described in this policy. If you have any questions,
our contact details are at the end of this page.
We collect different information depending on how you interact with us:

gender), commitment level, and what's motivating you to start

See section 4 below for how AI is involved in these conversations
Automatically, when you browse our site
Device and browser information, approximate location (from IP address), pages viewed, and how you arrived
at our site (e.g. from an ad, a social media link, or a search engine)
This is collected through cookies and similar technologies — see section 8
03
How we use it
To respond to your coaching enquiry and provide the coaching service you've signed up for
To process and deliver your e-book purchase, including payment processing and order confirmation
To communicate with you about your order or enquiry, including via WhatsApp, SMS, or email
To send you marketing messages about our services, offers, and updates — only where you've
given us consent to do so
To understand how visitors use our site and improve it, and to measure how well our advertising is
performing
To meet our legal and accounting obligations, such as keeping records of sales for tax purposes
04
AI-assisted messages
Please note: when you message us on WhatsApp, your first response may be generated by an
automated AI assistant rather than Yusif personally. The AI is designed to ask follow-up questions and gather
information about your goals so Yusif can give you better guidance. Yusif personally reviews and takes over
these conversations. If at any point you'd prefer to speak with Yusif directly, just let us know.
Information you share during these conversations is stored in our customer relationship management (CRM)
system and used as described in this policy.

Who we share data with
We use trusted third-party providers to run our business. They only process your data on our instructions:

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We only share what's necessary for these providers to
perform their services for us.
07
International transfers
Some of our providers (including Google and Meta) may process data outside the UK or European Economic Area,
including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under

protected.
08
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to run our site, understand how it's used, and measure advertising. When you first visit, you
can choose which categories of cookies to allow via our cookie banner. Essential cookies are always active,
as they're required for the site to function.
You can change your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie settings link in our site footer.
09
How long we keep your data
If you enquire but don't go on to become a client or customer, we keep your details for up to
12 months of inactivity before reviewing them for deletion
If you purchase our e-book or become a coaching client, we keep your order and account information for as
long as needed to provide the service, plus any additional period required by law (for example, UK tax law
requires certain financial records to be kept for up to 6 years)
You can ask us to delete your data earlier — see your rights below
10
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
Ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it
Ask us to correct inaccurate information
Ask us to delete your data ("right to erasure")
Object to or restrict certain types of processing
Withdraw consent for marketing at any time — reply STOP to any SMS/WhatsApp message, or contact us directly
Ask for your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We'll

If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your request, you have the right to complain to your local data

Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
11
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure hosting
and restricted access to our systems. No method of storing or transmitting data online is completely secure,
but we take your privacy seriously and act promptly to address any issues.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll remove it.
